Private Policy

Variant Art Merchandise and Apparel values your business and respect your privacy. The information you provide to us will be used SOLELY for the manufacturing and design of your orders. We will only share your information with our vendors in limited circumstances when necessary to facilitate your order. WE WILL NOT SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH ANYONE!

We understand some information you provide us may be trade sensative and we intend to keep all matters private. We do not disclose our customer list nor do we share your designs with anyone.

Minimum Order Policy

Variant Art provides custom apparels made according to your specs. Each roll of fabric can yield approximately 300 pieces. Therefore, our minimum order is 300 units per style, per color, regardless of size. However, this number can vary depending on the style of the apparel and the complexity of your design. In addition, setup is also expensive therefore it's just not worth producing only a few shirts.

Payment Policy

• Extended payment terms are unavailable at this time.
• 50% deposit is required prior to the sampling process. The remaining balance is due after the sample is approved and prior to the initial production.
• All payments are due upon the receipt of the invoice.

Credit Card

All credit card orders are processed via PayPal. Once you approved the samples, Variant Art will send you a PayPal invoice to the email address you provided. The invoice will allow you to pay via Credit Card seamlessly. Once payment is received, your order will be submitted for immediate processing. A 3% charge may be applied to your order.

Checks

• All personal checks are subject to clearing before orders are processed.
• Return checks are subject to a $25 return check processing fee.
• To expedite your order, cashier checks and money order will ensure your order is processed immediately. Cashiers checks and money orders will ensure your order is processed immediately.

Tax Policy

All orders placed or shipped within the state of California are subjected to state sales tax unless a valid Reseller's Permit is filed with our accounting department. Please inquire if you think this applies to you.

Shipping Policy

• The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. 
• We ship either via Fed-Ex or UPS to ensure your order is shipped quickly and securely.
• A tracking number will be supplied to you once your product has been sent.
• Variant Art will incur no liability for late shipments attributable to the carrier.

Cancellation Policy

Variant Art will not accept returns unless authorized in writing. When a return is authorized, Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost. Processed orders will not be canceled except upon terms that compensate Variant Art for its expectation under this Agreement. Orders canceled after the samples are produced are subject to the setup cost for the samples plus 25%. Variant Art will accept no responsibility, and will not refund orders as a result of Buyer not inspecting the sample order.

Copyright Policy

When submitting copyrighted work for reproduction, Buyer warrants that all necessary permissions have been obtain, and agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Variant Art for all costs, expenses, attorney's fees and judgments resulting from Buyer not obtaining the proper permissions.

All images on this website are copyrighted material produced by Variant Art Merchandise and Apparel. It is illegal to use, reproduce, print, share, or copy the images without the written consent of Variant Art Merchandise and Apparel.

Customs & Import Duties

Different countries may impose taxation on textile imports, which you may be subject to once the package reaches your country. Such duties and taxes are your responsibility as we cannot control or predict these charges. Please contact your local custom office to determine what charges you are responsible for.

Notice of Defect

If you find any problems with shortages, garment specifications, or incorrectly shipped products, we need to know within 7 days of receipt. This includes shipment to third parties. We will not be responsible for such problems once this 7-day period has expired.

Modified Products

We WILL NOT accept any returns on merchandise that has been altered in any way (such as dying, printing, embroidery, re-labeling, or the like), regardless of the reasons for return. We are not responsible for any damages made by you, your company, or any third-party, including vendors. We will not be responsible for fallout or loss which occurs during the garment dying process.
